The v-comb™ traps head lice and eggs removed from the hair into the patented capture filter. After treatment, simply disconnect the capture filter and snap on the cap to dispose of cleanly.

Chemical-free processing
v-comb™ works best on dry hair. Simply attach the new pickup filter securely to the v-comb comb head, ensuring it stays in place (you'll hear a click) and reattach the comb head to the main body by aligning the guide arrows and twisting to lock.

The v-comb™ uses a comb and suction power to gently lift lice and eggs. The teeth are rotated to pass smoothly across the head. The comb head is designed to adapt to the position of the rake or comb for maximum comfort depending on hair length. The design is smooth and rounded so there are no sharp edges or components.

The filter captures lice and eggs
As you gently comb the hair, v-comb's disposable capture filters securely trap head lice and their eggs. This makes rechecking the hair easy and reduces the chances of infection.

Easy to clean
After each treatment, simply remove the disposable capture filter, snap off the cap and dispose of the used filter hygienically. A brush is supplied with the unit to clean the stainless steel comb and unit between users.

How it works

After treatment is complete, immediately remove the capture filter from the v-comb and screw on the cap before disposing of it.

Replacement pickup filters are available separately in pack of 8.

Step 1.
Firmly attach the pick-up filter to the v-comb comb head, making sure to hold it in place (until you hear a click) and reconnect the comb head to the main body by aligning the guide arrows and twisting to lock.

Step 2.
Press down and hold the handles on both sides to manually adjust the combing angle. Two specific modes are available: upright or mixture mode.

Step 3.
Brush hair to remove knots and separate them into sections using hair clips. Make sure the v-comb is the right way up and start at the nape of the neck and work your way up, one section at a time.

Step 4.
Section the hair no wider than the teeth and comb close to the scalp. Comb through each section several times and in all directions (up, down, left, right).

Step5.
Using the brush provided, clean head lice and eggs that may be caught between the teeth of the comb. Fill a bowl or sink about 10cm deep with hot (not boiling) tap water and submerge only the combing head.

Do not immerse the main body of the v-comb, it will cause damage to the machine. Remove from water and dry well. Do not shake the combing head as it may damage the valve.
